I've been faking smiles nowadays..Everytime i smile, my lips quiver.. my chest tightens .. My hand forming into fist ..... I don't feel like going to school tomorrow . I feel like crying and screaming if i was alone at home.. Everytime i look around , i somehow see red dots .. It's scaring me .. I go to the mirror to check , but its perfectly fine ..

When i talk with ppl , i somehow feel speechless . I pretend to laugh , pretend to smile..pretend to care.. I don't even know what i'm saying now . Life is harsh on me .
